Returns
At PanicRev, we want you to love your gear and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Have original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Limited-edition event merchandise
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@panicrev.org and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was received in error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PanicRev is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem.
We gladly accept exchanges for apparel sizing, subject to inventory availability.
To start an exchange, email info@panicrev.org with your order number and the size you need.
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@panicrev.org.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
We will work quickly to make it right by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
