You can return merchandise from your original order for either:
a) Store credit - 30 days after the purchase date
b) Item exchange - 30 days after the purchase date
Closeout sale items (50% off or more) are FINAL SALE. Normal sale items are non refundable and exchange only.
Return items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but PanicREV will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you (except for sales, buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost if items were bought as part of a sale). We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive and process the item(s) you are returning.
PanicREV cannot guarantee the availability of a product you are looking to exchange or hold items until return is received.
International orders must pay for shipping both ways.
