EVENT COORDINATOR

About the Job PanicRev Ministries is looking to fill an event coordinator for their industry-leading motocross camps and races. This position is located in Southern California. The position requires travel to all PanicRev / CampRev events.

APPLICANT MUST:

Live in or be willing to move to Southern California, to be able to work daily in Murrieta, CA at the PanicRev office.

Be self-motivated and good managing their time.

Be willing to travel. This job requires attending camps, races, and industry events.

The position will require a strong understanding and competency of social media—Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever’s next.

Experience with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, e-mail and working in the admin panel and CMS of websites is preferred

Have an interest in photos and video. We have a strong photo/video presence already but taking photos and occasionally shooting basic video—is required (we can train and help you improve)

Communicate well. The racing industry is a close-knit group. Creating and maintaining friendly relationships with our racers, family members, and supporters is vital.

Be reliable. You’ve got to come through, whether simply showing up for work on time or nurturing a project successfully from beginning to end.

Be a self-starter.

Be cool. Seriously, this is a tough job, but it’s pretty amazing at the same time. We all work hard, but we’re working on something we absolutely love and are proud to be a part of. This position is integral to our ministry; you will receive access and freedom to create your own plans and see them through. The position provides plenty of opportunity, but that opportunity comes with a responsibility to embrace it all.
