Position: Creative Director
We are looking for an individual with experience in the multimedia world to oversee all creative aspects within PanicRev.

Staff Details
- Minimum 1-year commitment.

Basic Job Description
- Overseeing the creative direction of the organization, including website, media, social media, photography, and videography.
- Managing and building a creative team of individuals.
- Assisting with the creation of new media.
- Developing and growing the current brand of PanicRev.
- Overseeing all social media and brand management.
- Managing Graphic Design Interns and volunteers to create a dynamic team of artists.
- Developing marketing materials for events and promotions.
- Position Expectations
- Hands-on, fast-paced, and fun work environment.
- Creative freedom in the artistic direction of the organization and brand.
- Leadership development opportunities.
- Ability to grow an extensive creative portfolio.
- Setting a monthly/yearly budget for the creative department.

Pre-Requisites
- Must be willing to be based out of Southern California.
- Strong creative experience preferred.
- Video and photo experience.
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing experience.
- Portfolio of projects led.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to take initiative for new projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for motocross and/or action sports.
- Organized, responsible, and solid communication skills.
- Full-time role.
- Fundraising is required, but fund matching is available.
- Ministry travel covered by the organization.
